7 Great ways to treat stress and bring light in your life

It is easy to get rid of negative energies from a difficult week coming from stress, worries, fears bring good vibes and light in our lives to feel great and powerful again!

Here are my favourite ways to treat stress symptoms and bring positive energies back:
Candles: lighting a candle is calling the power of fire. I immediately feel the warmth and focus fire brings. Just for 5 minutes light up any candle at a safe distance from you and watch it burn

Crystals: these nationals of the mineral world bring good energy everywhere they go, carry a crystal pendant, put crystals around your house or office, crystal décor always fit. I can recommend white crystals in general, citrine for abundance, amethyst to work on your spirituality, rose quartz for better relationships. Look at your crystals, take one in your hands, admire it and see stress walk away

Incense: Who doesn’t like to smell good? go for a particular scent you are fond of. Today’s supermarket shelves offer from lavender and citrus, to the moon and shanti shanti. Burning them is burning stress

Music: It is an amazing stress treatment, it makes you feel good, forget about problems and stress. If you want to pump it: just pick high energy songs and dance with them. Watch out: choose wise lyrics, do not to listen to songs praising anger or any negative emotion. Water: Get into the shower! The water has the power of washing things away. If you can have a shower at midday awesome! your afternoon will be much more pleasurable. Just try it! if you arrive home in a bad mood and have to talk to somebody, first take the shower as a stress treatment and things will flow easier

Sacred Words: I mean mantras and prayers, they have a level of vibration that helps us to balance and are great to treat stress and calm anxiety. Make sure you know the meaning so to choose one that resonates with you. Sit down with music, incense, a candle and repeat the mantra or simply listen to it. In youtube or deezer there are plenty of mantras playlists. Om shanti om shanti om (a peace mantra), om tare tuttare ture sawha (a protection mantra). Remember that prayers are christian mantras so you can also repeat your favourite prayer. Deva Premal, a Russian singer is famous for her mantras playlists

Champagne: The bubbles will change your mood. Open up a bottle of champagne (a mini size is enough) offer a toast for yourself, for how special and fantastic you are! Give thanks to yourself and to Spirit for the difficulties and the lessons learnt. Enjoy the bubbles that are a great mood buster
