Being grateful brings more blessings and abundance into your life. If you do not acknowledge the things you need to be grateful for, you are limiting the abundance and joy flow into your life. In the same way you do not give more gifts to a person who never says thank you, so does life. To create and abundant life we need to be grateful. The Universe wont give you more until you recognise and enjoy what you have already been given. It is the same principle. Here are some ideas to build an abundance mentality and and abundant life

Life-Be grateful when you wake up:

For your good night rest, for your nice pijamas, for the person that gave you those pijamas, for the warmth in your bed, for the light in the window announcing a new day, for your feet thanks to them you can walk to the shower, for the water, the sensations in your body, for having a towel and a strawberry shampoo, thanks to mother earth that provided the strawberries, thank for your hair and skin and the bones supporting them, thanks for your mom who was the channel to bring you to life, thanks for the mirror and the sun lotion …

Same at night, at your work, anywhere! anytime!

You can be in gratitud for literally everything around you, it is a chain that never stops. so you just continue in different levels until you develop the habit to acknowledge all the comforts and blessings in your life. At some point you will be in grace, saying thank you every time for every thing to everybody. A blissful experience to recognise the abundance in your life and to show to the Spirit you really value what you get and that you are happy of receiving more. Remember that Gods abundance is infinite and that abundance belongs to you if you ask for it
